City Tour FAQs

Instructions for redeeming your ticket are detailed on the ticket itself. We recommend reading them before your trip. In general, you can redeem it at any stop along the route.

Tickets can be used until the date shown on the booking. Once you use the ticket for the first time, it’s valid for the corresponding number of hours: 1 day = 24 hours, 2 days = 48 hours, and 3 days = 72 hours. Two- and three-day tickets must be used on consecutive days starting from the first use.

Wifi is available in all our buses.

Yes, you are absolutely entitled to bring your luggage on board our buses. However, we kindly ask that you do not leave any luggage in the main aisle or near the emergency exits, in order to ensure the safety and free movement of all passengers.

Hop on hop off tickets are valid until the date indicated on the booking. However, if your plans change, you can modify or cancel your ticket free of charge and without needing to provide a reason up to 24 hours before the tour date. Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted.

Children under 3 years old travel free of charge and do not require a ticket; we recommend that they sit on an adult’s lap. A child rate applies for children aged 4 to 12.

Our buses are double-decker, ideal for enjoying the scenery in the open air. The upper deck doesn’t have heating or air conditioning, so we recommend dressing according to the weather: warm clothing in winter, and a hat, sunglasses, and water in summer.

No, they don’t have.

All buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with electric ramps at the middle door. Please let the driver know so they can deploy the ramp and assist you with anything you may need.

The buses are eco-friendly and easy to recognize by their white color with yellow and blue details. They also feature the “Planet Friendly” logo and the Tootbus brand logo, as they are operated by this company.

Guide and assistance dogs can board without restrictions. Other animals must be kept in a suitable carrier to ensure their safety and that of the other passengers.
